EXS FK-01 Integrated Fork

Thanks to the EXS FK-01 fork with a 31.8 mm head tube diameter and "D-shape" design it is possible to convert your Giant TCR Pro frame and Advanced* frames to integrated cables.

The use of electronic shifting is required as the available space does not allow the passage of the mechanical shifting cables.

It need handlebar compatible with internal cable routing as shown in the pics.

The fork is made only in matt black and is compatible with the standard wheel axle and with OD2 handlebar stems.

Delivery time 25-30 days, shipped directly from EXS factory.

*For Advanced frames it is necessary to replace the upper bearing, headset and stem compatible with the new fork tube diameter of 31.8 (OD2).

Technical Specifications : Through the use of one-piece carbon fiber molding technology and reinforcement design, increased strength and stiffness is achieved without adding additional layers of carbon to the head tube, thus reducing weight and maintaining the desired strength.

Certification: FK-01 fork conforms to ISO-4210 international standard and SGS certificate to meet our high EXS product quality standards.

*Specify when ordering whether you require a version with standard steering tube (26cm) for XS-S-M frames or extra length for M/L-L-XL frames.
