Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy states that you have 14 days after receiving an item to request a response.

*IMPORTANT: Direct mount hanger and EXS forks are excluded and cannot be returned; please check carefully before purchasing.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
